Our role as the nation's largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services. Responsibilities Defines technology strategy aligned with business direction. Manages medium to large departments of engineers and/or multifunctional teams in the day-today performance of their jobs including performance management activities, resource development and planning. Develops departmental objectives, policies and procedures to support delivery of departmental accountabilities. Accountable for medium to large departmental budgets including financial planning/forecasting. Accountable for delivery of large strategic initiatives managing resources across multiple business units, third parties and/or geographic locations reporting to C-Level Stakeholders. Represents the IT function on C-Level meetings and enterprise initiatives. Owns the definition and implementation of an IT technical architecture. Align the architecture to the client's strategic direction, accounting for the needs across all supported business units. Drives the selection of standard technologies on which to support business solutions. Base decisions on knowledge of business needs, industry direction and budgetary constraints. Assumes financial responsibilities for the IT technology portfolio and architecture initiatives. Build relationships with key vendors and track license agreements as appropriate. Provides expert IT consulting services across multiple practice areas. Consider the long-term implications of architecture decisions. Assumes the roles of expert advisor and mentor to members of the organization. Qualifications Expert knowledge of all supported businesses, focusing on understanding their strategic direction. Expert knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques; Drive usage of techniques across the IT organization. Expert knowledge of IT industry trends; Set the direction for any new techniques and toolsets to be used across the organization. Expert written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to influence decisions, focusing on obtaining support from the highest levels of the organization Expert project/program management skills across multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile etc.) Expert experience in developing IT architectures.Education:
Bachelors or Masters level education, preferably in science, computer science, or similar qualifications.
Experience:
20
years of progressive experience in a client server, web and/or mainframe environment, with extensive experience in developing and implementing IT architectures. 10
years managerial experience
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
