The On-Device Marketing Manager, TV Plus (Marketing Specialist II) is an experienced, data-driven marketer who will develop and execute strategies to accelerate growth of the TV Plus service in North America and Latin America. TV Plus is in the midst of an exciting period of growth and development. The Marketing Manager, TV Plus is a newly created role for TV Plus. We are looking for an experienced, data-driven marketer who will develop and execute strategies to accelerate user acquisition, retention, and win-back for the TV Plus service in North America and Latin America. This position will be based in Playa Vista, CA. Role and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain relationships and work with cross-functional teams to execute successful acquisition, retention, and win-back campaigns. Project manage campaigns across owned and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are on time and within scope. Execution, management, and optimization of paid media and in-app mobile campaigns. Manage day-to-day plan development and operations for paid and digital media campaigns. Collaborate with analytics team to apply actionable insights and learnings to upcoming mixed media campaigns Work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams to optimize ad campaigns again KPI's. Website and app store management and optimization (A/B testing, SEO, and inform optimization efforts). Maintain weekly campaign performance and marketing activity deck. Product branding and messaging management. Own and manage platform channel descriptions. Communications management. Actively survey industry trends and conduct competitive analyses to help inform decision making. Strong partner or client management skills. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field. 5
years working experience in marketing, entertainment, tech, or network management; preferably in a subscription-based business. Deep knowledge of entertainment space and how to optimize to drive performance across various campaign models. Experience in managing and executing acquisition, retention, and win-back platform and paid media campaigns. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills, but must also be a team player who is open to collaborate with multiple internal and external teams. Aptitude is data analysis utilizing internal and external tools a must. Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. A team player attitude. A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done. Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload. Attention to detail. A demonstrated passion for premium entertainment. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
