Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR to support the West Region of Americas Brokerage Markets growth objectives. You will partner with the global communities of practice across the people function to delight our clients. Specifically:
Serve as a coach and confidant:
true trusted business partner, influencing across many levels in the organization as the senior People Partner for the West Region Attract and retain great talent - both within the People Function but also for our broader Cushman & Wakefield employees Collaborate to build internal talent capability, lead and facilitate talent processes, and build robust Succession Plans Drive organizational effectiveness, ensuring the right structure and skills/experience to achieve our business needs Drive our people function transformation agenda through elevated project management capabilities - deliver flawless execution for business growth while also architecting a function focused on build & scale; drive standardization and repeatable process discipline Lead change and drive and develop a culture that retains talent that can effectively navigate ambiguity Bring passion, energy and fun to the workplace, building a strong team, working with a sense of urgency, and collaborating inclusively Develop self and others, continually working to build robust HR pipelines and connect talent to create meaningful developmental opportunities and careers YOU MUST HAVE 10 years' HR business partner experience with 7 years' experience in HR Project Management, Talent and OD and 3 years' experience leading HR initiatives/change management in a highly matrixed environment Bachelor's Degree Previously demonstrated leadership skills, an experienced manager of people Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment WE VALUE Commerical Real Estate or Professional Services industry experience Master's degree
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
HR ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
