Overview Strategic Partnerships Leader to drive its cloud partnership with Microsoft. The Technology & Cloud Alliances team is responsible for developing and executing high value, high impact strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft Azure and GCP) and ISVs. The position will report directly to the Sr. Director of Technology & Cloud Alliances. This role will lead the inbound and outbound engagements with respect to the Microsoft partnership including alignment with partner, product, sales and marketing teams to help drive TIBCO's product strategy, GTM strategy, co-marketing strategy, sales enablement and all activities required to support partner engagement and development with Microsoft. What You'll Do Own TIBCO's overall relationship with Microsoft including strategic alignment, co-development and go-to-market strategy. Establish and nurture key relationships with Microsoft to define differentiated joint products and solutions. Align with Microsoft's strategic priorities and roadmap and identify new opportunities for joint solutions/sales plays/industry alignment. Evangelize TIBCO's Microsoft partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and drive TIBCO's enablement programs for Microsoft. Develop and drive the execution of strategic GTM programs. Who You Are Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, technology consulting, cloud, technology partnerships or equivalent. Significant experience partnering or working with Microsoft and/or in-depth experience with Microsoft go-to-market and partnering strategy. Ability to contribute to defining a strategic vision and to articulate it in front of a variety of audiences. Ability to clearly articulate and present the product value proposition internally and externally. Experience with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and other cloud native technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills. Positive can do attitude, passionate with a contagious enthusiasm for cloud-centric technology. Proven organizational and project management skills; ability to multi-task and work on several assignments concurrently. Excellent business acumen, attention to detail and good follow through in a fast-paced environment. Ability to react quickly to changing business and strategy needs, build consensus with stakeholders, and confidence to drive accountability at all levels. Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science or related field.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
