Job Description Summary Our Downtown Los Angeles Capital Market's team is seeking a full time Senior Financial Analyst. Job Description Primary Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Develop cash flow analysis in ARGUS Enterprise and Excel o Collect, organize and analyze lease and financial information o Interact with agents and owners to develop assumptions for cash flow models o Prepare of Broker Opinion of Value presentations for clients o Write financial and market analysis narratives o Research and analyze comparable lease and sale data o Manage and monitor process checklists and marketing timelines o Manage project due diligence requirements o Provide transaction process support Qualifications and Experience Required -5
years of relevant work experience -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; MBA/CPA preferred -Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications -Experience with cost analysis, forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling and business analysis -Working experience in ARGUS -Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment -Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, and excellent work ethic -Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Corporate FinanceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
