Creative Content Manager (Original Series), UCAN AV Studio at Netflix in Los Angeles, CA

We are looking for an individual that will oversee the on set AV capture and creation of publicity assets across our Original Series campaigns that support Publicity but are also used by Product Creative, Awards, Marketing and E&P. This role requires a strong project manager who exhibits bias to action, shows curiosity, and is passionate about Netflix titles and the work it requires to promote them. Experience in publicity creative or editorial background is encouraged. The Role Reporting to the Manager of AV Studio, you will oversee creative strategy and execution of on set AV capture across our Original Series that directly support our publicity campaigns and can be used by other internal teams as part of their campaigns. You will be responsible for hiring crews, managing capture strategy and asset creation, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams dedicated to creating editorial and publicity content. Responsibilities Oversee on set AV capture:
including talent interviews (on set or remote), and behind-the-scenes coverage. Source, hire and supervise production crews, producers and directors and manage budget Work with x-functional partners (Publicity, Product Creative, Editorial, Awards, Marketing etc.) regarding on set capture and video needs aligned with overall campaign strategy Manage budgets and oversee deliverables Oversee creation and strategy of broadcast clips, soundbites and broll packages for publicity use based on needs of all regions. In partnership with Publicity Team, create bespoke assets for publicity campaigns that ladder into the overall campaign strategy (BTS Videos/Featurettes) Innovate unique and original ways to generate earned media and buzz with press. Manage budgets and oversee deliverables In partnership with Publicity and Events, hire and oversee house crews at our premieres and events Qualifications 5
years experience with on set capture, publicity creative asset creation and working directly with filmmakers, showrunners, talent and production teams. Experience managing a high volume of projects, collaborating with high-performing teams to create and deliver various AV materials captured on set and created as part of the overall publicity strategy. Knowledge of and relationships with a wide range of AV and creative content agencies from large scale vendors to unique and emerging ones Understanding of the latest AV software, formats and tooling advancements, including Adobe Creative Suite, 4K and HD. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
