The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) provides enterprise-wide support for Tutor Perini's enterprise content management applications, including Egnyte, SharePoint, Local File Server Storage, OneDrive, and others. The BSA works closely with all departments on all aspects of the enterprise content management, including document management processes, storage, metadata tagging, form development, process automation, archiving, and destruction. This support includes understanding all applications involved in creating enterprise content, how that data interfaces between systems and is used within the enterprise. The Business Systems Analyst must have strong systems aptitude and business acumen. The BSA leads process design reviews with end users to help the business leverage all enterprise content management systems to improve performance. The resulting solutions will optimize the use of these systems to minimize G&A costs and maximize job profitability. The Business Systems Analyst is also responsible for evaluating alternative and new applications that support enterprise content management. Tutor Perini is currently evaluating applications to manage enterprise content. The BSA will have a lead role in evaluating software functionality, developing a business case for an investment in new technology and, if a decision is made to move forward, the implementation of a new platform. The BSA is the first line of support for end-users to resolve system issues, develop ad hoc reporting, and evaluate new functionality and enhancements requests. The BSA works closely with end-users, IT and third-party consultants to meet these needs. The BSA will manage and update system configuration and provide functional specs to programmers for custom development, if required. The role is also responsible for maintaining and developing new educational materials and providing end-user training. Job Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Finance and Operating business partners to gather requirements and design business processes and operational reports in support of the company's core business. Identify opportunities to improve business processes leveraging enterprise content management packages. Implement processes that are accurate, streamlined, and well documented with an emphasis on providing timely and accurate data to the business. Develop ad hoc and custom reports using enterprise content management report development tools. Deliver reports that help optimize business performance, support internal controls and codify high leverage performance metrics. Partner with other Business Systems Analysts on the integration of enterprise content management data with other enterprise applications, especially JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Develop test plans and oversee the execution of tests for system enhancements, upgrades, service packages and program patches. Build the capabilities of end-users to access and use the data in a rigorous manner that is foundational to sound decision-making and ongoing reporting accuracy. Develop materials and provide training that establishes the required initial user acumen and can be leveraged for ongoing educational needs. Provide end-user support to ensure the system is performing as designed, information is timely and accurate, and end-users are functioning effectively on the platform. Prioritize and resolve system issues. Identify and prioritize future enhancement requests. Qualifications Specialty/Job-Related knowledge, skills & abilities:
Strong working knowledge of Enterprise Content Management systems. Familiarity with other content management applications such as Egnyte, SharePoint, Laserfiche, Open Text, Documentum, Applicationxtender, and Canon. Familiarity with JD Edwards version 9.1 or higher. Excellent project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work. Familiarity with system implementation best practices and methodologies. Experience with documenting functional requirements and design specifications for systems implementations. Experience in partnering with external auditors on the establishment and review of internal controls for a publicly traded company. Industry-specific knowledge, skills & abilities:
Strong construction industry experience and working knowledge of project deployment from the perspectives of a general contractor and sub-contractor. Familiarity with Accounting and Document Management for the construction industry is preferred. General Business Acumen and Traits:

Experience:
Five to Seven years of professional experience in IT, Cost Engineering or Construction Management for an ENR 50 caliber company. Bachelor's degree in business administration or information management is preferred.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Business AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
