THE OPPORTUNITY As part of Finance Procurement Operations (FPO), the Supplier Diversity team exists to advance Supplier Diversity and Economic Inclusion in how Netflix buys and does business globally. We work to connect Diverse (minority-, women-, LGBTQ-, disabled- and veteran- owned) and other economically disadvantaged businesses to supplier sourcing opportunities that will help them grow. As Supplier Diversity Program Manager you will partner closely with teams in the Finance organization and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute strategies designed to create and grow concrete procurement opportunities for Diverse businesses, in line with our values and goals. In this role, you will work in a team environment that is high-growth, fast moving, and constantly changing. As a Supplier Diversity Program Manager, you will drive strategies, planning, development, and execution of Supplier Diversity initiatives from inception to conclusion. You will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement while being part of an environment where team members can grow, learn, do their best work, and feel appreciated. The role will report to the Director, Global Supplier Diversity. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Build consultative partnerships with Procurement Business Partners and business clients providing input towards diverse supplier identification/recommendation strategies, research, engagement and capability assessment that address the stakeholder requirements. Develop inputs and strategies for guided buying and, where relevant, Preferred Supplier programs. Champion growth of supplier inclusion and various supplier diversity initiatives within assigned functional categories. Drive performance, value and innovation from key diverse suppliers through robust Diverse Supplier Relationship Management. Liaison w/ Supplier Management peers to monitor and mitigate diverse supplier risk. Establish pipelines of diverse owned companies that meet sourcing requirements to influence inclusion in upcoming RFPs and non-competitive supplier selection opportunities, as appropriate. Analyze, track and publish customized metrics reporting to monitor progress towards goals, diverse supplier utilization trends, performance and procurement spending to inform decision-making. Provide insightful and actionable guidance via senior management level reporting and analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally, cross-regions and categories to ensure a consistent and holistic approach to inclusive procurement. Develop and mentor diverse suppliers in collaboration with business units for future opportunities and needs. Cultivate and maintain external partner relationships with diverse supplier organizations (i.e. NMSDC, WBENC, NGLCC, WEConnect International, etc) and industry groups that routinely interact with the supplier community. Demonstrate strong multi-category knowledge and expertise in Supplier Diversity and diverse business enterprise ecosystem. Understand benchmarking data, best practices, industry trends, supply risk and emerging technologies. Utilize category knowledge and subject matter expertise to build credibility with stakeholders. Partner with FPO Business Partners to understand the forward-looking procurement needs of partners ahead of supplier selection/onboarding. Raise the level of awareness throughout the company regarding the business case for Supplier Diversity. Co-develop training initiatives and resources to guide and educate partners for success regarding engagement and communications. Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5
years of relevant experience in full lifecycle Sourcing & Procurement Management, Supply Chain, Supplier/Vendor Management, Business Development, Program Management, or Supplier Diversity. Category experience in one of the following categories (preferably multi-category):
Construction/Facilities Management, Logistics, Marketing/Creative, Technology, Professional Services, Media Production Services. Strong leadership qualities including effective cross-functional collaboration, interpersonal skills, relationship building and project/program management skills. Experience influencing and strategizing with stakeholders towards a common goal. Persuasive written and verbal communication skills coupled with strong multi-tasking and organizational capabilities, with a high level of attention to detail. Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement, a bias for action and able to effectively translate strategies into actionable plans, successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities at fast pace. Team player with strong enthusiasm and positive attitude who can work effectively with a range of stakeholders. Strong systems and tools
Experience:
Data Analytics/Visualization tools, Google Suite, Workday (or similar ERP). Experience and an unshakeable respect for the importance and impact of diversity, equity and inclusion. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
