This role reports to the Director of Growth & Development, Publishing Innovation The Editorial & Publishing team at Netflix is on the pulse of conversation among its consumers -- not just listening, but participating in and starting thoughtful, hilarious, exciting discussions with fans. Though part of the larger marketing organization, our team's work is unique in that we express a firm perspective on content and culture in the way a traditional media outlet would. Our robust offering of distribution spans across owned and managed platforms around the world. The Publishing Innovation team's purpose, as a part of the Editorial Publishing Group, is to build meaningful bonds between fans and content through new direct, personal, and vibrant experiences. We're here to explore our Netflix titles, talent, and brand through the lens of Entertainment, Lifestyle, and Cultural conversations. Our ambition is to redefine what fans of entertainment should expect from editorial experiences around Netflix. The Role In this role, you will drive our audience growth and development strategy. This is a multidisciplinary role that requires expertise and partnership across:
SEO, Social, Paid Media, Partner Marketing, and Product. You will collaborate with Publishing Innovation leaders and cross-functional business leaders to set a vision and chart a course. A successful candidate will be adept at digital marketing strategy, audience growth strategies, audience retention strategies and have exceptional organizational influence. This role owns critical decisions and progress to market Tudum, Netflix's new companion site, shape its brand and drive the growth and development strategy. Key Responsibilities Drive Tudum's Audience Growth & Development Strategy Set the strategy for growing Tudum's audience via SEO, social media, partnerships, marketing, newsletter, paid and other means, in partnership with key stakeholders Partner with Netflix marketing, Audience & Genre channels, and other teams to utilize the entire Netflix arsenal of social media properties to drive audiences to Tudum Collaborate with Tudum content teams to identify, create and scale the most engaging contentLead the integration of Tudum into the Netflix product and messaging platforms Partner with Marketing Strategy & Operations to determine the KPIs for measuring audience growth and engagement Collaborate with other Growth and Development leads in order to identity and launch the most engaging Tudum content and product features Deliver the audience growth and development roadmap Set and manage budget to deliver against the audience growth and development roadmap Effective Informed Captain and Collaborator Inspire and motivate those around you in both Marketing and Product as a domain expert. You are a Tudum captain for marketing and growing our service. You will need to be an effective Informed Captain and a brilliant and influential collaborator with cross-functional marketing, comms, and content partners. You effectively share context, drive clear communication, and have the ability to unlock meaningful opportunities that drive growth for Tudum. Business Driven Partner with our product and MS&O partners to align on decisions and strategies and plans that help us evaluate the success of our integrated marketing activities towards growth. You drive towards business impact and make tough calls. Global & Regional Player Represent an international perspective and advocate for our regions to enable a Global product. You are exemplary on the curiosity front to learn about our consumers across the globe and their information landscapes. years as a functional expert with experience across a range of areas including marketing, digital marketing, SEO, brand, growth marketing, paid media, content marketing, marketing production, and social. Leadership experience in driving priorities and making decisions for a business. Experience in branding, launching, and growing a product or IP. Experience in growth marketing. Experience in integrated marketing and a deep understanding of marketing ecosystems Wildly passionate about the Netflix consumer. Natural problem solver. You're energized by pioneering and undaunted. You demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. International experience and background problem solving for global products and brands. Strong business acumen in addition to the proven creative experience. You have evaluated complex creative systems and dissected problems. You will build confidence across disciplines, speak multiple professional languages, and translate needs into opportunities. Strong communication and cross-functional skills, with the ability to engage, listen and collaborate with internal departments/teams to align from strategy through execution. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and have a goal-oriented entrepreneurial mindset, driven to succeed and always up for a challenge!
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
