We are looking for candidates with 3 to 5 years of Paralegal experience within Real Estate and Trust & Estates to join our growing team! What's in it for you? Pay:

Responsibilities:
Draft, Review, and Negotiate Various Real Estate Documents Build and maintain databases and files Conduct research via internal/external databases Provide copies of legal documents to relevant recipients Organize due diligence documents Perform UCC Searches & document review Assist with legal billing processes Post-closing follow up including review of title policies and maintaining of recorded document files
Qualifications:
