Whether you're a seasoned agent or a newer agent, having a strong background in sales and customer service is an absolute must.

Compensation:
$120,000-$250,000

Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, relationship building, and negotiation skills Manage incoming hot leads by phone, text, and email Rigorously nurture the leads in your pipeline Effectively navigate any type of real estate transaction to seamlessly guide clients through the process with a high level of support and strategy
Qualifications:
Technology driven Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Must have a valid California Real Estate License Strong knowledge of the Westside of Los Angeles Successful past sales history is required Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) Excellent time management and organization Proven success with relationship building and diligent follow up Willingness to hustle and be extremely responsive About Company Ranked in the top 100 residential real estate professionals in Los Angeles by the Los Angeles Business Journal and the top.
