The role requires staff household management of a team including groundsmen, housekeepers and security personnel.
Responsibilities Full-time management and responsibility for the residence Management of the resident staff team Managing all estate expenses and utilities Caring for valuable art, antiques and other assets Managing all relationships with contractors for maintenance of the estate Ideal Candidate A minimum of 6 years experience working as an Estate Manager for UHNWs Solid experience managing estate staff and contractors Experience in budget management Impeccable attention to detail Flexible schedule (including weekends if required) Excellent command of the English language Pet friendly Professional and well-presented Please note, this role is live out and requires a candidate who drives.
