Only candidates with litigation experience will be considered.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with the following:
filing pleadings and other documents with the court; court rules and procedures; litigation calendaring; propounding and answering discovery; supporting multiple attorneys; drafting letters to opposing counsel; assisting in trial preparation; communicating with clients; working with other support staff to manage the firm's cases; obtaining medical and billing records; and experience with case management software.
Compensation is hourly and based on experience.
