The ideal candidate will have 3
years supporting attorneys in a Trust and Estate practice.
This position is hybrid and requires working onsite 2-3 days.
Responsibilities:
Draft letters and trust and estate related documents Maintain calendars, schedule conferences, teleconferences, meetings, and travel.
Communicate and obtain information from client Communicate with clients on behalf of attorneys Coordinate monthly billing process Prepare reimbursement reports for attorneys Maintain physical copy and electronic filing system Input attorney time into timekeeping software Required Skills & Education:
3
years as a legal secretary in a trust and estate legal practice Bachelor's Degree preferred.
High School diploma is required.
California Notary, or willing to become Notary upon hire Job Type:
