Our main priority is commercial architecture work.
Main focus in pulling permits, and proficient in AutoCAD.
Be familiar with the process of getting permits and working with a city committee in different states but mainly in California.
Have experience in providing structural engineering comments.
Preparation of drawings in all phases of design, with emphasis on Construction Documents.
Lead consultant coordination and construction administration support.
Preparation of 2D and 3D graphic documents.
Zoning and Building Code Research.
Coordinate drawings and specifications Coordinate with other staff members and project principal to implement project goals and technical requirements Reviews Zoning requirements for Districts such as land use, setbacks from property boundaries, height requirements, setbacks between buildings, fire sprinkler system requirements, and parking; Ability to conduct code compliance review for plumbing, electrical, mechanical, ADA, fire code, seismic, and green building requirements.
