We are looking for an extremely organized, friendly, and sincere Assistnant Property Manager to join our team.
Either LIHTC or HUD Experience is required.
Assistant Property Mnaager needs to be proactive and good with filing and has some experience with Section 8 properties and processing recertifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Process all ARs/IRs Address Resident concerns Enter in work orders for maintenance Greet/assist walk-ins and answer phones Necessary skills for this position include:
Able to function in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with strong ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong resident relations skillset Ability to follow up on assigned tasks Dependable with a strong work ethic Bi-Lingual (English/Chinese) candidate needed.
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
