Field Sales Representative to call on and serve Small and Medium Sized Store Accounts (convenience and grocery channel) Compensation Starting $22 up to $28 per hour plus commissions

Following Experience Are a Plus (But Not Required) - Experience as an Sales Representative for a DSD wholesaler or distributor serving convenience, beverage, CPG, or restaurant accounts - Experience as a cashier, stocker, or manager in retail / wholesale including grocery stores, liquor stores, gas stations, or laundromats - Familiarity with convenience and grocery products (beverage, candy and snacks, laundry and cleaning, household items) - Bi-lingual language skills (Spanish, Korean, other) - Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and efficiently champion customer needs - Willingness to roll up your sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners Main
Responsibilities:
- Cold calls with store owners to recruit and sign new store accounts - Welcome visits to onboard recent first-time customers and train them on our platform and offerings, answer questions, and build follow-on orders - Save existing customers who have not used Mercaso in a long time Additional

- Keep track of visits and calls and follow up with customers as promised - Communicate important customer feedback and market insights about our product assortment, pricing, and service with team members - Demonstrate the use of our website & app features to customers Additional Details Job Type:
