n Avata Partners is seeking a Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join a growing Land Use practice group in Los Angeles or Orange County.nnOur ideal attorney candidate has strong analytical and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and enjoys working with a team while also handling a significant number of individual responsibilities.nnQualifications for this position include:nnnActive CA State Bar member.n8
years of experience working on CEQA litigation matters and a full spectrum of land use and natural resources matters.nExperience with land use due diligence, processing entitlements, and environmental review under CEQA is required.nExperience with natural resources, wetlands, endangered species, California Coastal Commission, and BCDC. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
