Job Description: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Draft the petition for minor's compromise and related documents File completed documents Work within a dynamic and fast paced environment Pay strong attention to details in drafting court documents Compile all possible information, evidence and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation and change in lifestyle information, that will help the legal department build a case Draft demand packages to insurance companies Negotiate claims Follow up with clients Appear in front of a judge for hearings Conduct Mediations
