We are currently in search of a full time road manager/personal assistant for a musician based on the West Coast.
What Winning In This Role Looks Like You are a strong communicator You are insanely organized You have a strong attention to detail You are more proactive than reactive You are attentive and able to anticipate needs You are flexible and can successfully pivot on a moments notice You are a self starter You are a go getter with a strong work ethic You work well with a variety of people- from creatives to peers to business executives You are trustworthy and discreet You are more proactive than reactive You love to travel and are able to do so frequently and extensively You maintain a calm demeanor even in high pressure situations You maintain a calm demeanor in the presence of celebrities You are a problem solver, able to think creatively and are solution oriented You are planning and double checking your bosses schedule days and weeks ahead You lead with confidence, kindness and professionalism You are someone who can jump right in to a team, easily adapt to how they operate, and successfully and seamlessly integrate Regular Tasks for This Role:
Clear and consistent communication Sending daily recaps to management team Creating one sheets with comprehensive info of the days events Calendar management Email management Scheduling calls and meetings Sending pertinent reminders for calls, meetings and appointments Preparing necessary materials to make each meeting successful Occasionally scheduling car services, ground transportation, travel and accommodations Always being prepared with a Plan B Effortlessly taking the reigns on existing work systems and possibly creating new ones Assisting with gifting needs Facilitating floral deliveries and being proactive with getting delivery address, card messages, etc Frequent travel both domestic and international Skills/Experience/Education You have a minimum of 2 consecutive years experience as an executive or personal assistant Touring experience is a plus! Extensive experience with international travel Experience booking travel Bonus points if you are a night owl Genuinely enjoys being of service Strong Critical Thinking Adaptable in a variety of situations Adept at reading a room Must already be located on the west coast (Los Angeles or Seattle are ideal) Job Type:
