The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
This position can be done from home but we need someone to live in Los Angeles to be able to come into the office as needed.
Must have at least 1 year assistant experience.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executive Schedule meetings and appointments.
Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
Manage calendars and travel arrangements.
Organize files and documents.
Perform admin tasks as needed Job Type:
