Netflix is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for our growing Live Experiences team based in Los Angeles.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times.
This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and significant initiative.
What you will do:
Maintaining calendars for 2-4 executives including booking and confirming meetings Scheduling meetings, including with internal colleagues and external partners across multiple time zones Build a roster of contact information for key partners and maintain a timely stream of communication regarding sensitive information and developments Support the team across different logistic and organizational challenges when needed Manage various internal events and off-sites Maintain a log to track projects and their status Maintain agendas for internal and external meetings, ensuring pertinent information is passed to key stakeholders Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.
e.
processing travel and expense reports, digital filing, etc) Heavy communication internally and externally Creating presentations and documents using Google Suite The ability to assist with team projects and events as needed What we need from you:
Experience in an EA support role, having managed calendars and providing support for multiple executives simultaneously Advanced proficiency with Google calendaring in a business environment (not just personal use) Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to see the big picture Ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization Loads of common sense, flexibility, and maturity - must be discreet and able to maintain confidential information Positive attitude and team player, especially when faced with changing responsibilities A belief that no contribution to the team is too big or too small Understand how to prioritize and respond accordingly Naturally curious and willing/excited to learn the Location Based Entertainment industry At Netflix, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine your personal top of market.
