The receptionist is in charge of managing all incoming calls, ensuring that customers calls are managed timely.
The receptionist embodies the idea of serving as a customer-service advocate within the parameters of the position.
This individual ensures the satisfaction of our customers and provides the highest quality of service to each customer possible.
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing all the phone calls and channels to the appropriate department promptly and professionally.
Collecting, organizing, sorting, and sequencing of sales orders.
Scanning of invoices for accounting.
Serving as a customer- service advocate within the parameters of the position.
Interacting with employees of other departments in a professional manner.
Qualification:
College degree (Preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Office work:
2 years (Preferred).
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel):
2 years (Preferred).
Microsoft Outlook:
