We're currently seeking a full-time and dedicated Personal Assistant.
You must have previous experience as a personal assistant and interfacing with high-profile clients and executives.
The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys personal tasks, is open to traveling with little notice, and thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment that continually changes.
This is a hands-on position where you will be anticipating client needs and helping to create a fun and positive environment.
Confidentiality and being discrete is imperative and you must stay calm under pressure.
You will be working some weekends and should be flexible with your schedule.
The ideal candidate has experience as a personal assistant, has worked in the service industry, and committed to working weekends as part of their weekly schedule.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY Assist in providing a high level of service for high-profile clients and executives, and guests Handle personal needs and support the day-to-day business Run errands including grocery and clothing shopping Assist with organization and scheduling Research equipment, design, lifestyle, and pop culture trends Responsible for stocking beverages and essential items as well as tracking inventory and ordering supplies Shopping and daily errands Help with service for special events Responsible for food set up and clearing Light cleaning duties whenever needed Interface with high-profile clients and executives Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned REQUIREMENTS THAT MAKE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
At least 2 years of previous personal assisting experience Confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information Staying calm under pressure in difficult situations while providing solutions Flexibility with expected hours including possible nights and some holidays that may be required Open to traveling A basic understanding of the entertainment industry You must have a reliable, working vehicle and knowledge of how to get around Los Angeles A tech savvy knowledge of devices including phones, computers and printers Requires discretion, maturity, and overall good judgment Strong work ethic Interest in fashion and design trends as well as pop culture Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation and stand for prolonged periods of time Job Type:
