Our firm has multiple departments with extensive support staff.
We offer one on one mentorship to our associates to develop the litigation skills necessary to succeed at a very high level.
You will be working directly with the senior partner and trial attorney with a track record of multiple 7 and 8 figure verdicts including $10M and $4m verdicts in the last two trial in 2023.
We are very structured to allow each team member to focus their energy on what they are best at.
We have a large Pre-litigation department including separate intake and demand departments that can handle all aspects of cases.
Our litigation department operates with the senior partner's direct hands-on involvement and litigates all high-value cases including conducting trials.
We experienced tremendous growth in 2023 and have 2 open associate positions in our pre-litigation department and 1 in our litigation department.
Litigation Associate Position Tasks include:
Draft and respond to discovery Draft motions and oppositions Take and defend depositions Argue law and motion at hearings Prepare cases for Arbitration and Trial Managing dedicated support staff Pre-litigation Associate Position Tasks include:
Full understanding of auto accident claim process Legal and logical ability to determine liability factors Ability to multitask and manage support staff Strong client relations and communication skills ALL Candidates must be:
