This role will be responsible for handling a heavy volume of meetings and calendars, travel and expense reports, and organizing meetings and presentations in addition to providing overall support to key partner presentations and trade shows.
This position is based in the Hollywood, California office.
We are pursuing Consumer Products and associated promotion because we believe it will drive meaningful show awareness and buzz and provide tangible ways for our fans to interact with our most popular content.
When executed well, we will drive long-term value for our content and deepen the relationship with our fans.

The Role:
A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, curious, thorough, able to communicate effectively, pivot quickly, and multitask with a strong emphasis on organization, prioritization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times.
This is a fast moving organization and position that requires someone who can maintain a positive and calm demeanor under pressure, while exercising good judgment and initiative.
The ideal candidate is passionate about pop-culture and entertainment.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing complex calendars for multiple executives Coordinating heavy travel, both domestically and internationally Processing expense reports in a timely manner Fostering clear and concise communication among all necessary parties in consumer products and with select cross-functional teams Working collaboratively with admins within the larger marketing team and across other cross-functional teams Contributing to planning and spearheading team offsites or other events
Qualifications:
At least 3 years as an executive/administrative assistant Ability to take on larger projects and develop presentations/decks Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize a high volume of tasks Absolute proficiency in the Google Suite of apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, GMail, Forms and Calendar) This is a full-time, hourly position that includes health benefits and PTO.
