About the Team:
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.
We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind.
We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile tax amounts between the payroll registers and the external tax service agency, ADP.
Work with payroll processing teams to make necessary corrections if discrepancies are discovered;- Manage relevant projects upon demand;- Work with tax authorities to resolve tax notices;- Conduct tax related research and support projects that have payroll tax implications;- Assist in performing daily payroll department operations;- Support the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information;- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;- Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate payroll experience;- Hands-on US tax filing experience;- Be able to manage multiple deadlines;- Strong vendor management and project management skills;- Ability to partner and influence stakeholders;- BA/BS degree required.
