Senior Marketing Manager, 7 For All Mankind
Role This role will have a broad set of responsibilities and will be a key member of the marketing team.
The individual will help to drive the brand marketing initiatives, support the wholesale and international partners and execute cross-functional programs that help drive revenue, traffic and conversion for all brand channels.
They will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including:
Creative, PR, Social, Digital, Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Buying, Merchandising, Visuals and Design.
Responsibilities o Develop, manage, and tactically execute seasonal marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility amongst target consumers and influencers, as well as, create demand for 7FAM products.
o Partner closely with Social/Influencer team, identifying opportunities and helping to develop briefs within influencer programs o Help develop social media and content strategies that align with each individual company initiatives o Oversee content development, distribution, and community management across all major social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest o Ensure content marketing strategy, brand values and aesthetic are implemented and communicated across all channels (web, retail, wholesale, social, digital, and international).
o Coordinate with Global Marketing to align on seasonal programs, activities, key product initiatives, and distribution of creative assets.
o Support media team efforts to request and review vendor partner proposals.
Develop marketing channel mix recommendations, conversion models, ROI forecasts and measurement plans.
o Exceptional budget management skills Profile o 5 years of related professional experience o Familiarity or experience with retail and/or consumer marketing (preferred) o Excellent communication skills, technical skills, and business acumen o Skilled at managing multiple projects (budgets, resources, assets, information, and timelines) o Exceptional ability to communicate and interface well across all levels of the organization o Detail oriented, self-starter, proactive and highly organized o A strong appreciation of fashion, style and design Salary Description $100,000 - $120,000 Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Commercial Awareness Communication Content Creation Coordinating Financial Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
