The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing finance team.
The role will focus on financial planning and analysis but will also carry a range of responsibilities within the team, requiring strong organization skills, leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Responsibilities Lead financial planning and analysis for strategic projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
Build financial models and analysis to support strategic decision-making and investment opportunities.
Develop financial metrics and KPIs:
will work with senior management to identify key financial metrics and KPIs that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Monitor and report progress towards strategic goals and report on key metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Partner with business units (Operations, Sales, Tech, Marketing, HR) to support them in understanding their numbers and implement effective budget control.
Provide monthly internal reporting to senior management including standard financial reports, department P&Ls, and Project margin reports Provide monthly reporting to accounting team to assist with estimating recurring accruals Preparation of cash flow, actualizing receipts and payments on a weekly basis, and preparing a 3-month rolling forecast.
Drive simplification, standardization and continuous improvement of processes and controls to achieve effective financial reporting and SOX compliance.
Ability to explain technical accounting to non-finance teams.
Support the Head of Finance and Finance Director on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Who We're Looking For Experience - 3
years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
Experience in general ledger accounting a plus Your degree(s) - B.

in Finance or Accounting Professionalism - You're exposed to sensitive data and must be able to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information Tools - proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with Deltek Maconomy is a plus! Superb communication - strong written
oral communication skills and analytical skills and the ability to present findings to senior management Time management & Adaptability - successfully manage time and competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met; able to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
Self-starter - internally motivated individual who continuously strives to get things done, regardless of challenges encountered.
Team player - ability to work collaboratively and/or initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight, a proactive approach to problem solving.
Position Type This is a full-time, exempt position.
The position is expected to be flexible/hybrid, with occasional in-office days.

Compensation In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $80,000-85,000 USD.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
