JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Senior Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for independently identifying, investigating, and resolving invoice exceptions, vendor issues, American Express card program activities, and transactions within Coupa and Workday.
This position offers an opportunity to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable processes.
The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring timely resolution of issues, promoting process improvements, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
This role requires exceptional accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate possesses a solid understanding of accounts payable processes, utilizes analytical skills and application tools to address issues, and contributes to process improvement initiatives.
Strong communication skills are essential for providing training and support to suppliers and employees on various systems.
The Senior Accounts Payable Analyst also performs system administration tasks and conducts analysis on interface files.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Daily review and resolution of Coupa booking holds Daily review of outstanding supplier requests and take appropriate actions, such as voiding or sending reminders Supplier onboarding Collaborate with the invoice exception and onboarding teams to research and clear SIM invites Invoice problem solving Address invoice exceptions and seek resolution Review and pursue credits/refunds when applicable Conduct tax reviews Identify and resolve duplicate invoices/payments Manage American Express cards Manage Mobile phone RequestsWHAT YOU WILL NEED 10

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is:

00 per hour for California.
This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
