Agency Insurance Specialist Full-time 40 Hrs Monday - Friday Only Opportunities for Advancement As an Agency Insurance Service Representative for our AAA Agency Insurance Group you are bringing your expertise to our premier fast-paced call center.
Qualified candidates will bring their passion for helping others to our best-in-class organization in delivering legendary service to our Members.
In this role you will assist our Members with answering questions, taking payments, counseling, and making changes to their existing non-standard auto, home, watercraft, umbrella & commercial insurance policies.
Responsibilities Include:
Handling insured calls through our Agency call center Servicing insurance policies with the various Agency carriers Processing insurance payments Updating electronic insured information
Qualifications:
1 - 3 years of Insurance Servicing Experience P&C License Required A high school diploma or GED Required Successful completion of pre-employment assessments, background, and drug screening The starting pay range for this position is:
$21.
