Objective:
Our client is looking for an energetic and experienced individual to join the Insurance Services Benefits team.
The main function of this role as a Commercial Benefits Producer is to identify and cultivate new clients within the commercial insurance middle market space, driving business from relationships built with Payroll Reps, Bankers, Accountants, existing clients, as well as direct prospecting efforts.
In addition to selling Group Benefits insurance to new clients, you will cross-sell benefits solutions with our existing team, and effectively close sales from companies ranging from 50 - 500 employees.
To set you up for success, you will have a dedicated mentor, ongoing sales training, and we will engage your unique talents and perspectives.
