The TikTok LIVE Ecosystem team's mission is to create a healthy and sustainable livestream ecosystem.
We strive to ensure our users and creators a high quality experience on the platform.
This role will be based in Los Angeles, CA.
Role:
As part of the US LIVE Operations Team, the LIVE Content Analyst will be responsible for driving impactful initiatives to the overall UGC Livestream content ecosystem, and implement insights and findings with cross-functional teams on product iteration, engagement campaigns and education effects.
Responsibilities Conduct daily screening/tagging to categorize content and evaluate UGC content quality on the livestream platform Conduct root cause analyses that identify areas of improvement for UGC livestream content quality, and provide summaries and recommendations Work with other LIVE Operations teams such as product, creator partnership operations and monetization to evaluate Livestream trends Maintain an understanding of TikTok LIVE's policies and community guidelines in order to identify opportunities for optimization on the livestream platform Ensure consistent content quality throughout the Livestream ecosystem Qualifications BS/BA and 1-2 years of experience working in consumer content development, content analysis, social listening, PR, or creator/community marketing Strong cultural understanding of live industry and community of variety of content Ability to analyze ecosystem quality and make recommendations to key stakeholders on changes and future improvements for the LIVE platform Ability to pay attention to detail and highlight areas of improvement Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives Preferred

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
