As a member of the BFS Operations Team, the HR Generalist 1 provides administrative support to the HR team.
The incumbent supports the recruitment process, submits job descriptions, and posts requisitions.
He/she submits the required paperwork for employee hires, separations, transfers, extensions, and other activities.
He/she assists managers throughout the onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintains department org charts and employee directory.

Required Ability to acquire knowledge of organization's policies and procedures.

Required Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and respect for employees' privacy rights.
Required Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent combination of education and experience or training.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
