Senior Compliance Analyst
DescriptionAs a Senior Compliance Analyst for our Office of Compliance Services (OCS), you will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and advising on federal and state regulations affecting UCLA Health's compliance, operations, and transactions.
This will involve conducting compliance reviews and investigations as well as reviewing documents, including department or organization transactions.
You will:
oProvide guidance to mitigate legal and regulatory risk and support organizational strategy oServe as lead collaborator/resource with internal departments and external vendors on compliance issues oHelp identify and develop compliance solutions oServe as a resource for clients of the OCS to answer compliance questions oPrepare guidance documents, monitoring tools, and other resources for the OCS and its clients oSupport the OCS with reviews and investigations oReview existing compliance policies/procedures and draft new policies/procedures oSupport the development and enhancement of compliance program initiatives oSupporting risk assessment and risk plan development Salary range:
$84300.
