As Associate Chief Pharmacy Officer for Quality, you can lead pharmacy regulatory compliance, clinical and professional development programs, and medication safety across UCLA Health.

You'll develop systems for improving medication management processes across the enterprise.
You'll provide respective education and consultation to the health system and medical staff.
You'll act as a channel of communication to direct issues to appropriate resources for investigation and resolution.
You'll develop and maintain policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance and clinical programs and their related activities.
You'll oversee the Pharmacy's professional development and residency programs.
You will also:
oLead pharmacy- and medication-related regulatory compliance efforts across UCLA Health System oRepresent the pharmacy on health system regulatory compliance committees and efforts oEvaluate and ensure compliance of organizational policies with applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations oCoordinate and participate in on-site, virtual, and paper audits as required by regulatory bodies oCoordinate the creation and updating of Dept.
of Pharmacy policies and procedures oProvide assistance with internal audit reviews as requested oReview, develop, implement, and ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures oLead efforts of medication safety oRecommend, evaluate, and implement quality improvements oMonitor performance against goals, analyze results, and initiate appropriate action Annual Salary Range:
$123,000.
00 - $315,800.
00 Fully On-site Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
