As the Social Media Coordinator, you will contribute to shaping GymTonic's online presence, building brand awareness, and connecting with fitness enthusiasts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing GymTonic's social media strategy under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Craft videos and photos that are formatted for different platforms.
Craft compelling and relevant content across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
Schedule and publish posts, and actively engage with our online community through comments and messages.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, gather insights, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Help create visually appealing graphics and short videos to enhance social media content.
Generate fresh content ideas and engagement strategies along with our marketing manager.
Support the promotion of gym events, classes, and special offers through social media.
Maintain an organized record of online reviews and contribute to reputation management efforts.
Reach out to, and manage social media influencers.
Qualifications:
Ability to take and edit photos and video content.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their functionalities.
Basic understanding of effective writing for social media, with attention to grammar and style.
Proficiency in using social media management tools is a bonus.
Creative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt to new trends.
Strong organizational skills to assist in managing social media calendars.
Ability to collaborate within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Recommended Skills:
Organized and professional.
Customer service experience.
Time efficient and on time for appointments.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be managed and coached by management staff.
