Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:
30PM (some travel required) What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Associate Prepare and lead NHO; support new hires in completing documents, upload all documents, set calendar, follow and educated on HR policies and procedure, assist with terminations for no-shows, communicate with management and recruiting team Process new hires in the system; Complete I9's, Request badge pictures and uploads them Verify rehire eligibility Assist with talent acquisition efforts; partnering with market outreach, lead hiring events, support recruitment locally and virtually Assist TA Manager with special projects (i.
e.
, sign on bonuses, referral bonuses, etc.
) Assist with onsite hiring events or attending local job fairs Assist in schedule tours Work with ATS system; supporting and working candidates Guide employees to SS if asking questions Prepare or update employee records related to hiring What you need to have to be successful as a Talent Acquisition Associate.
High attention to detail MS Skills - intermediate level Passion for people Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment Prior experience with ATS and Recruiting highly desired 1 year Human Resources experience required 1-2 years of clerical experience required High School diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
