Position will work collaboratively with the leadership inmanagement, Finance, Operations, Medical and Quality to develop, manage andcommunicate KPIs and other Dashboards.
Full Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities Serves as an organizational resource and expert related to data analysis tools and the presentation of data via development of dashboards.
Creates and maintains organizational dashboards, including automations to increase processes.
Responsible for creation and publication of the daily providers productivity and Operational dashboard Develops forecasts related to productivity and other key metrics.
Runs reports and performs analytics of data such as Uniform Data Sets (UDS), California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD), and HEDIS measures.
Extracts, aggregates, analyzes, and develops reports using available data sources.
Contributes to QI/QA assessments, Financial, and Operational reports.
Participates in the development of reports for external grants and fund reporting, such as HRSA on a scheduled and as needed basis.
Helps to analyze, evaluate, and track the effectiveness of various areas, e.
g.
operations, clinical quality, in meeting established goals, objectives, and benchmarks.
Analyze and track the missed opportunity of the Managed care incentive programs and other sensitive programs.
Creation and maintenance of reporting and monitoring the managed care patient assignments and utilization by patient population for UCHC's various Health plans and IPA's.
Provides training to staff during onboarding and ongoing for quality assurance.
Work collaboratively with other departments to obtain necessary data.
Reviews and recommends new metrics for analysis and presentation.
Serves as member of the Quality Improvement Committee and other committees as requested.
Runs and develops ad-hoc reports for the organization as requested.
RequirementsQualifications Minimum associate degree in health care field or equivalent preferably in Health Information Management, a clinical field or healthcare informatics.
Minimum 2 years in a health care setting preferred At least 2 years experience working with quality data and running dashboard reports Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Experienced in producing business or clinical report documents from source databases.
Familiarity with reporting tools within an EMR or other patient management software Excellent knowledge of community health needs, data analysis skills, program evaluation methods, program planning tools/methods, as well as public and community health models and frameworks.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communications skills, including interpersonal, writing and presentation skills.

Skills:
Ability to process and synthesis data - from various sources Able to validate and prepare clean data Experienced in looking for trends in data thru performance of data analysis Comfortable with a basic knowledge of statistics Ability to create visually compelling charts and graphs to assist with the visualization of UCHC's data.
Able to utilize Excel - experienced and knowledgeable with the database aspect of the program.
A problem solver - able to identify and propose resolutions or seek guidance for collaboratively resolving issues or concerns.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
