JOB DESCRIPTIONTMZ is looking for a Web Producer/ Web Writer who can write a variety of pop-culture based short-form news stories.
Speed is an essential part of the jobabsorbing information and condensing it quickly.
The stories we post are wide-ranging from serious to hilarious.
Range in writing style is an important part of the job.
Accuracy is essential.
A background in pop culture writing is not required, but an having an interest in the subject matter is necessary.
2-4 years' experience a plus.
This position will report to the News Director & Executive Producer's and is located in Playa Vista, CA.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is:
$80,000.
00-100,000.
00 annually for California.
This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
