Pet Handler / Driver Reports to:
Operations Manager Responsibilities The Pet Handler / Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
To care for pets whilst in transit and transport/lodge pets for scheduled flights.
Provide customer updates and photographs of pets whilst in our care.
Report and record pet care and handling procedures as per company standards.
Maintain pet welfare and safety as number one priority.
Perform data entry and office duties.
Physically capable of caring for large dogs and loading crates into pet transportation vehicles.
Complete weekly office and facility cleaning tasks.
Must be responsible and able to work without supervision and as part of a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in all elements of the role, animal identification and documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal and animal handling skills.
An ability to work efficiently under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Maintain a current and valid driver's license (Clean driving record) Job Location:
