The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, business administration, or leasing.
The candidate will have a passion for delivering high performance in a business-to-business setting while maintaining a genuine concern for the needs and interests of the owners.
Essential Functions:
Manage daily operations for a multi-unit property with owner involvement Oversee the performance of the property Manage resident and guest relations Deal with resident concerns and complaints at every encounter and provide adequate support to avoid problems (i.

, access to repairs, on-site management, etc.
) Prepare and submit monthly reports for review by operations and finance Perform other duties as assigned
