The annual base salary for this position ranges from $107,000.

They possess the superpower to connect multiple stories and narratives across different platforms, over multiple seasons, for specific audiences.
Theyre an experienced people manager, coaching for growth and development theyre comfortable collaborating with multiple strategic and marketing partners and theyre passionate about fostering a team culture that prioritizes respect and inclusivity.
WHAT YOULL WORK ONThe Narrative Director, Lifestyle, CDS will work on seasonal and 365 creative thats focused on Nikes sportswear / lifestyle audience, applied to both digital and physical spaces.
Storytelling will center on athletes, innovation and the communities we serve.
WHO YOULL WORK WITHYoull closely partner with the Design Director, Lifestyle, CDS.
This role reports to the Sr.
Creative Director, Womens, CDS and often works with the Sr.
Creative Director, Design & Narrative, CDS as well as the VP Creative Director, Global CDS.
You will lead a team of narrative experts and writers and will collaborate with designers, strategists, planners, producers and operations experts.
You will partner regularly with other Global Brand Creative Studios, Global Brand Marketing and Global Consumer Direct Marketing.
You will also be connected to Geo and City creative studios.
WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 8
years of agency or in-house creative team experience A passion for style and culture, community and dance Obsession with storytelling & craft Ability to lead with innovative & strategic thinking Love for problem-solving Passion, knowledge and/or curiosity toward sport culture Proven success at applying creative across different media, online to offline, with special emphasis on social platforms and retail Deep understanding of the creative process from concept through development and production Excellent communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience in leading teams of narrative experts, storytellers and writers Comfort leading both internal creative teams and external agency partners towards common goals Existing relationships with relevant freelance writers and strategists Dedication to fostering a team culture of collaboration, respect and inclusivity Commitment toward growing individual talent Proficiency in creative tools such as Figma, Keynote and Adobe CS NIKE, Inc.
