Senior Engineering Manager, Fullstack
Job As a hands-on Engineering Manager at NAX Group, you'll be leading, mentoring & managing our growing engineering team, architect & build business venture products.

years relevant software development and design experience with hands-on engineering experience on large backend systems using Java, SpringBoot, SQL/NoSQL DBs 4
years of experience as a Software Development Manager w/ managing staff or principal engineers Experience with implementing projects & managing teams on business critical distributed systems infrastructure Experience effectively managing demanding stakeholders and partner relationships Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience working on Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google) Staying up-to-date with the latest Engineering and ML & AI technologies Recommended Skills Artificial Intelligence Backend Coaching And Mentoring Communication Critical Thinking Distributed Architectures Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
