Job Description:

Assortment Acquisition & Incubation:
Define prioritized target for Acquisition team across categories along with seller incentive package, define mechanism to incubate and grow key seller; 2.
Define assortment competitiveness by leveraging different factors including price, service&implementation etc; 3.
Assortment Platform Efficiency:
Work with platform operation team across channels, campaign, search and feed operation team to further grow the target merchant and assortment's control share against competitor; 4.
Partner with regional product & tech teams across domains to create scalable processes with technology as backbone.
Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce platform operation, user products, or industry products, with a deep understanding of consumer and shopping habits; 2.
Deep understanding of business and category operations; 3.
With outstanding data sensitivity, analyzing skills and summary capabilities; 4.
Excellent language expression and communication skills; strong sense of responsibility.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
