To be a strategic partner in the development, implementation and management of recruitment and staffing initiatives for a designated area.
Must live in CA
Responsibilities:
Meets with other Directors/Recruiting, Human Resource professionals, Operations teams etc Build and maintain strong working relationships with Rheab directors, RVPs, and SVPs Update and monitor HPH website, working closely with each rehab manager, making sure opening is valid develop area specific marketing and advertising strategies to achieve hiring goals withing budget expectations (cold calling, direct mail, employee referrals, university recruiting, relocation, etc Manage campus recruiting and other recruiting events; Conduct initial phone screen with interested applicants Maintain ICIMS record updates on openings and candidates provide assistance for critical openings outside of your designated area, as needed conduct analysis of staffing mix a nd oopen positions and rovide operations with recruitment/staffing alternatives to meet business plan objectives; Ensure minimum staffing requirements are met while recruiting to fill open positions.
Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of recruiting issues.
Demonstrated ability to close candidates and create alternative recruiting strategies.
Approximately 2-5 years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced (healthcare) staffing environment a plus, but not required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, attention to detail, organizational and teamwork skills.
Possess the ability to effectively work independently, with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
Have a willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
Must have familiarity with physical and occupational therapy, speech language pathology.
Must be able to communicate effectively with corporate and field management.
