In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position.
The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role
Summary:
This position's primary purpose is handling the daily administrative processes for helpdesk service operations.
This includes asset management, IST billing management, ticketing triage with some user-end support, and maintaining IST events and new hire calendars.
The IT Coordinator may be assigned other duties and project-related tasks.
This is a non-exempt position that reports to the Information Technology Manager.
Major Duties and
Responsibilities:
Oversees IT Department equipment requisitions, purchases, invoices, shipping coordination, tracking, and receipt.
Coordinates Manufacture Return Authorization and shipments as needed.
Maintains agency mobile device management, distribution, and company accounts.
Prepares staff IT equipment for shipping, tracking, and delivery confirmation (as applicable).
Provide IT New Hire Orientation training and other ongoing staff training-related activities, as assigned.
Assists with developing user reference guides, internal procedures, process improvement initiatives, and other materials, as assigned.
Communicates efficiently and effectively with management, users, and internal/external resources for all assigned duties and tasks.
Collaborates with other IST department analysts for support request resolution and when assigned project tasks.
Assists the IST department to ensure the agency's information technology and systems adhere to HIPAA, LA County, Department of Mental Health (DMH), Council on Accreditation (COA), and other regulatory or contractual requirements.
Performs other departmental duties as assigned by the Information Technology Manager or at the request of the Senior Director of IST to support the ongoing agency needs.
Education:
A minimum of an associate's degree from an accredited university is highly preferred, or certification from an accredited program focused on technology support OR at least two years of directly related work experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum one year of experience working with desktop support, including user support operations, user training material development, user training delivery, systems analysis, and issue troubleshooting and resolution techniques is required.
Experience supporting desktop computing environments, including Microsoft products, Windows, Office365, and various other productivity software is required.
Experience in a healthcare setting, including support of clinical and billing operations for behavioral health, is highly preferred Possess a valid California driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record under the agency's liability policy and be able to travel between the agency site locations when necessary.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
