You will support office and field operations by tracking the status of all materials required for open work orders including scheduled work dates and/or any material issues delaying the final billing of work orders.
You will be expected to thoroughly review and follow up on all delays while updating all required internal and customer systems.
A Material Analyst must be organized and possess a serious understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in computers and detail oriented.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Identify material needs for upcoming work and ensure documentation is ready for crews and yard support to prepare before the scheduled work date.
Communicate regularly with internal and external departments as needed to provide status updates and/or reply to questions pertaining to open material requests.
Communicate changing requirements and requests from the customer to all others that may be impacted.
Update and submit all required reporting requirements within the expected/defined timeline.
Coordinate and attend internal and customer office meetings as necessary.
Operate a variety of office equipment.
Type and perform data entry activities.
Position requires ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching above shoulder level, climbing stairs, pulling, and prolonged standing and/or sitting.
Skills:
Proficient knowledge of MS Office and office equipment such as photocopier, scanner etc.
Dependable with respect to confidentiality and policies.
Excellent organizational skills.
Great attention to detail.
Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
Ability to communicate professionally with internal staff to resolve issues.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
High school degree or equivalent.
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening during the new hire process.
