Position Overview:
The Senior HVAC Equipment Sales Engineer will develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, identify sales opportunities, and provide exceptional solutions and services.
This individual will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Los Angeles marketCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing accountsProvide technical expertise and system design solutions to meet customer needsDevelop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure successful project executionMonitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedbackMeet and exceed annual sales targets and objectivesProvide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales processAct as a mentor and coach to junior sales engineers and team membersRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC equipment sales or a related roleStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipmentProven track record of achieving sales targetsExceptional communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, ambitious, and able to work independentlyProficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationProfessional Engineer (PE) certification is a plusSkills and Competencies:
