Responsibilities As a Compliance Program Specialist on TikTok's USDS Trust & Safety (T&S) Operations team, your main objective is to support the compliance program, which focuses on core T&S operations and BPO vendor compliance.
You are skilled at supporting compliance processes, such as running audits and providing compliance guidance.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to make data-driven decisions.
You will contribute to a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions, projects, and manage time efficiently.
Support project management of T&S audits prompted by Internal Audit or External Auditors Support initiatives to improve BPO vendor compliance, including vendor audits and process creation Conduct reviews of sensitive data sharing requests Author compliance SOPs and policies Deliver routine and comprehensive updates and reports to management and leadership, offering insights into the progress of compliance initiatives promptly addressing any identified risks or issues Provide subject matter expertise on all topics related to company-wide and T&S-specific compliance policies Qualifications Qualifications 2
